Through the dining room and out the sliding glass door brings you through the 4 season sun room and out onto the large private deck. Just above the deck sits the Master Ensuite's second floor private balcony, the three second floor bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry room.

1) At the top of the stairs, the King Master Ensuite has vaulted ceilings, skylights, ceiling fan, cozy seating area, desk with comfortable work from home space, and a large gorgeous full ensuite bathroom with large modern floor tiles, oversized vanity, full tub/shower and private toilet closet.
Down the hall past the laundry room and linen closet is a nice tall dressing mirror, two more bedrooms and a gorgeous brand new full bathroom with another full tub/shower and double vanity perfect for the busy morning buzz.

3) Twin over Full Bunk Bed with trundle bedroom also has a dresser and generous closet space.

For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access in the living room and all bedrooms.
A papazan chair in the sunroom greats the afternoon napper, the avid reader, or the early morning coffee drinker with its cozy call for serene relaxation. Yoga mats available in the sunroom for a good stretch before a walk to explore Saratoga Lake.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The fully fenced large back yard space is shared with one other property unit who may have a screened and permitted pet. A large private back deck is arranged with comfortable cushioned chairs, complete with outdoor grill and corn hole.
A cozy wood burning fire pit with Adirondack seating is available for property shared use as well! Enjoy a beautiful evening relaxing by the fire with s'mores and let the world melt away.

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse space is on privately owned property accompanied by three other units occupied by other Green Springs guests and tenants.
The property is off a road that wraps around Saratoga Lake at one end and connects with Union Avenue (Saratoga Race Course road) dropping you right into downtown Saratoga at the other end.
Saratoga Lake views and boat launch are within a brief walking distance.
Mailbox across the street convenient for receiving mail during longer stays.
Though we've never heard it or ever received any feedback about disruption, note there is a nearby firehouse across the way yielding potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs available to accommodate guest preference.
Getting Around:
Driveable or rideable to Saratoga downtown attractions/ track via Über, Lyft or other designated driver and ride share or taxi services.

•Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note no one is living on site 24-7.

•We contract with Spectrum to provide you free high speed internet(up to 400Mbps) and cable TV. Wireless speeds may vary. Please understand we cannot control any instance of service outages.
•Refunds will NOT be provided for naturally occurring power/internet type utility outages or other things beyond our control. Teams will certainly be notified promptly to troubleshoot such issues, but please kindly employ patience if a service out of our control is temporarily down. Thank you!
•Maintenance: We reserve the right to conduct maintenance as needed to exterior and common areas of the property. If interior maintenance is required in private living quarters of the property our team will communicate directly regarding arrival/ entry.
•If you’ll be bringing a dog or service animal, we require successful submission of a HUD friendly pet/animal screening profile via our 3rd party partner promptly upon booking. Fee free for a verified service animal. Fees apply for a pet. 1 dog ≤50lbs. Breed restrictions apply.
•While the space is not child/baby proof, children/babies are always welcome.
•We provide a starter supply of consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to purchase more if you run out. Stewart's convenient store is a quick walk for many basics, gas and sweet treats.
