Charming old Victorian duplex close to everything Saratoga has to offer. You will be renting the entire 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd floors each have 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Enjoy two spacious living rooms and two kitchens. This is an old home with lots of charm and character. Half-mile walk downtown. One mile to race track. One mile to Skidmore. Three miles to SPAC. Porch and backyard patio with seating.
If you don’t mind an old house with lots of charm and character, then this just might be the perfect place for you to enjoy beautiful Saratoga Springs NY.
Come and enjoy beautiful Saratoga Springs! Perfectly located. Short walking distance to downtown Broadway, Race Course, and Farmer's Market. Just two miles to SPAC. Private driveway. Front porch with seating. Gas fireplace. Internet/WiFi. Fully furnished and well-equipped kitchens. Gleaming hardwoods and tons of natural light.
Our place is very close to downtown Broadway and all its restaurants, pubs, shops, and other great stuff. Just a short drive to Skidmore College and Saratoga Spa State Park (SPAC), which is known for its scenic trails, concerts and performance art. A short walk to the Farmer’s Market, Saratoga City Center, public library, and Congress Park. Enjoy fantastic golf at Saratoga National and Spa State golf courses. Saratoga National Historical Park, site of the Battle of Saratoga. And the main attraction historic Saratoga Race Course. The track is what Saratoga is all about in the summer.

Some of our favorite eateries and pubs include Olde Bryan Inn, Mouzon House, Parting Glass, Druthers, Lago Waterfront, Haru, Kinjo Hibachi, Gaffney’s, Cantina, Max London's, Morrissey’s, Henry Street Taproom, Caffe Lena, Caroline Street Pub, R.S. Taylor & Sons Brewery Taproom, and the list goes on and on. If you're dreaming of a steak dinner within walking distance, try Jacob & Anthony's or Salt & Char. Pennell’s for excellent Italian food. Chez Pierre French cuisine. Another neat hangout is Uncommon Grounds cafe on Broadway. The Thirsty Owl is sweet for wine tasting. The Triangle Diner is a very popular breakfast spot. In addition to Ben&Jerry’s, Dairy Haus is a crazy good seasonal ice cream hangout.

The Fresh Market just down the street should satisfy most of your grocery needs.
EBI beverage center close by has ice and tons of bulk sodas and adult beverage options.
Route-50 and I-87 will get you to the mall, markets, shopping outlets, Six Flags Great Escape & Indoor Water Park, and Lake George.

Perfect for us, perfect location
This property exceeded every detail in the listing. House was perfectly maintained, very nicely appointed, and was easy walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants. We were a group of 9, everyone had their own bed, and the living/congregating areas on both floors were very comfortable. If available I will book this every year for our annual trip.

Perfect house for a large group!
Super clean, super spacious, fabulous location - close walking distance to downtown. Well stocked with supplies. We were a large and boisterous group that had littles and teenagers and there was space for all to play and hang and gather at all times. Would stay here again! We loved everything about our stay at Jon and Angel’s place. The location could not be beat, and the home was comfortable and perfect for our family of 4.
