This was a very nice Hotel to stay at.. little Far from Taksim and Airport but not bad .. I been to Turkey 4 times now and I have stayed at 7 different city’s and this one was very good .. Only thing I suggest is make sure you have options for people who don’t smoke .. We had to change regular room to suite because 4th floor was a smoker level and we got moved to 11th floor.. Staff was very good and helpful .. Lady that helped me with customer relation was Excellent.. She booked our Ride and took care of us very good .. Thank you

We had a great stay here. The property is well maintained and shares a Hamman-style Spa with their sister hotel across the street. Access to sauna and steam room was included in the stay, which was an excellent relaxation after a long day of exploring the city!

"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn ..."

"Written with respect to modest tarrif charged. Hotel has seen better days many years ago though it met our needs for 2 evenings. 100 metre walk to main street facilities but was quiet with windows closed. Good air-conditioning, comfortable bed iand everything worked sometimes with encouragement. ..."
