Tranquil 3 Bed 3 Bath Beach Dwelling Steps from the Quaint Ocotal Beach

Just a three minute walk away from a quaint beach, this clean, three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is luxuriously and lovingly appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Prepare your own meals or secure a private chef for a sit-down meal complete with cloth napkins and wine goblets, relaxing at the poolside grill or on the patio. Father Rooster restaurant is also a great option, available at the beach.

The beach is great for snorkeling or walks on the partially black minerals and white sand. Walking on this mineral sand can be a therapeutic experience, believed to have health benefits. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs and toys are provided for use by our guests. There is a balcony off of one of the bedrooms where you can enjoy the sound of birds and even howler monkeys on occasion. There are two small patios for some outdoor relaxation as well.

Each cheery bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, cozy comforter, fluffy pillows and crisp sheets. Hair dryers, bath linens and over-sized beach towels are also furnished for our guests.

The villa is equipped with cable and Wi-Fi, in case you want to lounge in front of the TV or post Facebook pictures of how much fun you’re having! Not that you would want to do laundry on vacation... but you could in our full size washer and dryer.

Guests will also enjoy a private beach club with an infinity pool as well as an all-access pass to the club at nearby Coco Bay Estates, with a tropical pool, a full-service restaurant, and an exclusive tennis, pickle-ball, and fitness center featuring state-of-the-art workout equipment.
