"Lovely villa , comfortable , spacious , clean , everything we needed in the kitchen . Pool was great . Hot tub was extra . Arrived late first night , neighbour reported us for being noisy -two kids in the pool . Hands up , yes they were excited , had been travelling all day and yes there is a ‘quiet neighbour ‘ scheme between 10m and 9am . But no one mentioned the local dogs that bark constantly 24/7 , I’m not talking one or two , I have never heard so many dogs barking in one area . Honestly...

"We loved our stay in this villa. It was very clean and private. It’s an older house so it can smell moldy if you don’t open windows from time to time. But such a gorgeous view! Not for the people looking to party and get drunk. It’s a traditional, artistic, respectable space. The response time by the property managers was a little slow, but they did fulfill all needs. "Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. "Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay."
