"This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. "Overall excellent. One of the best places to stay in Illocos Norte/Laog. My only complaint was that they charged me a ridiculous amount for towels. They provided one with a strand that was unraveling, and there was some small stains from makeup and light dirt from within the resort that easily washed out, and for this normal use they charged me twice what the towels costs at the local market. Shameful way to treat a tourist and not a good way to build a customer base."

"All the staffs are very accommodating and with a friendly smile aside from that helpful if you need some advice on which tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was great and even the coffee was delicious. The view of the lake and even the hotel property looks expensive. It is definitely 5 star Hotel experience."

" I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with welcoming and impeccable staff. The only recommendation I’d have is to stay on the 2nd floor, as the ground floor had a bit of an issue with bugs since its close to the meadow as the name suggests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and water system could use some upgrades, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Despite these minor things, I would definitely return because of the fantastic service and hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool. Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy."
