"Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it.

"Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect.
Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines.
A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms. Our room on the top floor only had...

"Excellent hotel with excellent staff, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights."

"We were staying at this property during The Semana grande. The, experience of watching a firework show every night from the Hotel’s rooftop bar, while drinking complementary cava was a highlight of our evening for 5 straight nights.
Hotel pool, overlooking the entire city is another highlight, our children absolutely loved it and we could relax there as a family for a few hours every day, in between morning and evening adventures. "
