The Space:
Raintree Farmstay by Tiny Away is located in the quiet town of Sarsfield, only 12 minutes from Bairnsdale and 20 minutes from the popular holiday destination, Paynesville. A beautiful town that is known as the boating capital of the region. It is an ideal place for anglers, windsurfers, jetskiers, and water skiers.
Mitchell River Tavern, Eagle Point, and 31 minutes from Lakes Entrance Beach are just a few of the nearby attractions in the area. A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a double bed on the ground floor; sleeps 3 persons.
It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use.

- Please check the V/Line website for current schedules.
- From Sale, you’ll need to take a bus to Sarsfield. Check local bus services like the Latrobe Valley Bus Lines for routes and times.
> Paynesville to Sarsfield
- You can start with a bus from Paynesville to Bairnsdale. This service is often operated by the local bus service, so check the timetable.
- From Bairnsdale, follow the train and bus directions mentioned above.
> Melbourne to Sarsfield
- You can take a V/Line train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Bairnsdale.
- Once in Bairnsdale, transfer to a local bus heading to Sarsfield.

- No Pets Allowed on the property

- No Smoking Allowed inside the tiny home or on the property
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property. If you'd like to interact with our animals please let us know.

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
