"This hotel is a gem! Although our stay was short we really enjoyed the hotel and we would definitely come back if we return to the area. It’s located in a small island with many activities to enjoy- walk, jog, swim, go to the spa. We booked a room overlooking the water and it was extremely nice and quiet. The room had a good size and the bathroom was clean and nice. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Underbart, personligt och unikt i en härlig miljö. "

"Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse på Marhomlen. Vi hyrde en stuga som var stor, mysig & fräsch. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra på ön och ön var även så fin & mysig att strosa omkring på. Vi fiskade, badade och hyrde roddbåt. Rekommenderar verkligen!"

"Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. The July sun bathes the house in warm light all day long. You get the benefit of feeling away from the city while only being a 5 minute ferry/boat ride away from Vaxholm. "Would absolutely recommend this cottage. Compact, but we were 5 (3 kids 2 adults), and never felt like we were on top of each other. Right next to the water and a south facing terrace. We would go back."

"Sitting on the balcony with the best view, you feel like the king&queen of the island. The house was big and spacious, with more balconies that we could use, and a property filled with fun things to do and use for all ages. Beds and rooms were traditional and comfortable, and the owners were kind to lend more beds for the kids. The island itself was a gem, with awesome running/walking paths, a pebbled beach with a large lawn just a short walk away that was perfect for the kids. The docks at the...

"Well equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable house. Perfect for a family of all ages(grandchildren ranging from 11 months to 17) their parents and us two grandparents. We so enjoyed the sauna and dipping into the cold, cold Baltic. Within easy reach of Stockholm. Nicol answered any questions promptly. All in all a 5 star experience. Thank you"
