"We so enjoyed our 5-night stay at the apartment on the via Pescherie Vecchie. Very quiet for being so incredibly central, just off the Piazza Maggiore in a lively and fun location. "This is a wonderful studio apartment for one person. Roberto has thought of everything. Whenever I was looking around for some thing, I then found it. The communication with Roberto was incredible even when he was in another country the first couple of days that I arrived. "My wife and I rented this apartment for 12 days to get some idea of what it would feel like to live in Montepulciano. It was a great experience. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it has good air conditioning. The apartment is spacious for two people, with simple furnishings and decorations, that were everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal, with parking a short walk away."

"This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here."

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "
