Guest Access:
▶ The building is currently undergoing renovation. This means that there may be some construction noise and dust. This will only occur during daytime hours on weekdays. Access to the balcony may not be available during certain periods during the renovation. Prices reflect construction. We are aware of the inconvenience caused by this project and apologize in advance.
▶ The building is open, but no one is allowed to access the back area for any reason.
▶ No one can use the back stairwell unless there is a fire. If there is a fire, a walkway has been built to the North Gate.
▶ You might need to turn your AC off and back on. The 3-phase electricity was temporarily off. If your unit has water, we opened the windows until the AC system was back online.
▶ Both garages will remain closed due to limited parking availability. You may need to unload at the front doors and then park across the street.
▶ The pool will remain closed until the construction is completed.
▶ Direct beach access from the property is unavailable. You can access the beach at Hightower Park Public Beach, 1 mile south, or Space Force Block House Public Beach, 1.6 miles north.
▶ The hallway leading to the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will be closed until the remodel is completed.
