Best views on Koh lipe due to raised position. Staff very helpful with any requests we had. Not luxurious or polished but a nice quiet position, a hammock on each veranda with excellent views from rooms and breakfast area. Lots of steep and uneven steps to take in to mind if you plan to visit

The best hotel in Pataya Beach. Amazing view from your room & overall service very good plus top daily cleaning. Breakfast also really good with again outstanding view on the bay. In my opinion this is the best location in KL considering cost per night & overall service. Strongly recommend this place.

Overpriced but lovely balcony and hammock.
Stayed here for one night at a cost of over 5k thb a night. Which I felt was overpriced as stayed at another hotel on island for 700thb more and that hotel was exceptional offered its own pool. This hotel should be max 4k. Lovely balcony but hard hammock, poky room and very basic bathroom. Very limited amenities, poor quality towels, no water for teeth cleaning, no beach towels no sun loungers, no kayak included & quite basic breakfast. But great view at end of Pattaya beach. Staff are kind though and welcoming.

Stayed here 4 nights and we loved it. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, a little bit of everything and the chef (who by the way was super charming) was manning an egg station with a variety of choices to order. Room was nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amazing view from the balcony with our private hammock and small table with chairs. We liked the fact that the place was located in the end of the beach and on the hillside as this made it calmer and gave us some space from the quite busy beach area closer to the walking street. Good to know, as the place is on a hillside, there are a lot of stairs. Staff was helpful and carried the luggage up and down these. Bathroom was a bit worn down but ok. Only thing that could have been better was that Wi-Fi was slow, this however led to us spending more time in the hammock reading books and talking to each other.

Greit sted å sove noen dager. Rommet var ganske nedslitt.Fin beliggenhet,bare gå langs stranden ca 10 min til walking street. Litt harde senger. Kommer nok ikke igjen pga Koh Lipe er ikke så fint som jeg trodde.

Leider habe ich ein Falsches Datum bei der Buchung . Meine Reise ist erst Mitte Dezember 2022. Deswegen kann ich nichts über das Hotel Sagen. Leider hat auch die Stornierung mit dem Hotel nicht geklappt.

The resort was nice, however it was impossible to get sleep before 3 am or so, because there was very loud music on the beach. Then the speed boats start going at 8 am. Not as relaxing as we had hoped.

Överlag var vistelsen helt ok. Men det upplevdes i vissa fall som det var besvärligt att hjälpa oss. Tungt med väskor och många trappor. Ingen hämtade oss när vi kom men vi fick mycket bra hjälp när vi åkte. Rummet var helt ok, stranden jättefin även om detta rummet ej låg med utsikt över stranden utan en bit in i skogen. Bra frukost. Bra snorkling från stranden vid hotellet. Inga solstolar som andra hotell hade. Jag kan åka tillbaka till koh lipe men vi kommer välja ett annat hotell.

Das war unsere bisher schlechteste Hotelerfahrung. Auf das geschriebene Wort des Hotelpersonals vor Reisebeginn kann man sich keineswegs verlassen. Uns wurden falsche und unvollständige Auskünfte über die Erreichbarkeit der Insel gegeben, sodass wir die gebuchte erste Nacht in der Unterkunft verloren, wir haben 2 Stunden am Hafen auf einen versprochenen Abholdienst gewartet und am Ende übernahm niemand im Hotel die Verantwortung für diese beiden Geschehnisse. Stattdessen wurden wir bei einem Telefonat mit der Managerin Kris am Telefon angeschrien und damit beschuldigt zu Lügen, obwohl wir jede Kritik nachweisen können. Sie lag einfach das Telefon auf ohne unser Anliegen zu klären. Nirgendswo auf dieser Welt würde ein Hotelmitarbeiter seine Gäste auf diese Art und Weise behandeln – wohl wissend, dass diese im Recht sind. Als wir im Hotel mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kamen, dadurch eine weitere Lüge vom Personal aufdeckten und davon berichteten, hat die Dame an der Rezeption diese Hotelgäste ebenfalls damit beschuldigt, dass sie nicht die Wahrheit sagen. Das scheint deren einzige Lösung bei auftretenden Problemen zu sein. Außerdem ist die Internetverbindung in dieser Anlage sehr sehr schlecht ist – sowohl in den Bungalows als auch an der Rezeption und am Strand. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemandem. Auf der Insel gibt es genug Auswahl. Bucht bitte ein anderes Hotel, wenn ihr „menschlich“ behandelt werden wollt.
