It was nice, but…
The property had charm and was in a great location. However there was a loud buzzing noise coming from just outside the window. It made it hard to sleep. We tried to contact the property manager using the number provided but the message was blocked. After several attempts we just had to deal with it. I’ve never given a critical review but I would have liked to know beforehand.

Lovely and great location!
Cute upstairs rental right downtown! The bedroom was in the 3rd floor which seemed to make the place bigger. The rental was clean except for the shower, which needed a good bleach scrub and/or new tile. There were no shared walls, so neighbor noise, but there was a loud consistent mechanical droning that lasted about 20 min and repeated every half hr or so. It was especially loud upstairs by the bedroom. We had to buy ear plugs and use white noise on our phone to sleep. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the noise and some maintenance should be addressed.

Property was as advertised but there was an intermittent loud humming noise coming through the walls. It happened every 30 minutes to an hour and lasted up to 15 minutes. It was so loud we could not sleep. We left after our 1st night and called Vacasa to tell them about the problem. We have not heard back from them at this time. Disappointing!!

This location was excellent. Walking distance of everything. The only downside was the sleeper sofa is broken. Until that is replaced, this a perfect place to stay for 2 people or bring your own air mattress for more than 2.

In the heart of town, this place was perfectly located for my girlfriends and I to have a wonderful girls weekend filled with food, fun, and shopping. We thought it would be loud, but it was very quiet and private.

Great Place and Great Location!
The views from this place are better than expected and the place is much bigger than I imagined. If you're looking for a 1 bedroom rental for your vacation, this place is a must! The location is right in the middle of it all and everything is just a short walk away in town.

Terrific location, attractive property, very clean ... with caveats.
We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property right in the middle of downtown. Fresh, modern, and clean. I got great support from Avery, who came out to get the TV working for me. The things we didn't like were: 1. Only one fire exit from the premises, unless we wanted to jump down from a 3rd floor or 2nd floor window; 2. No dedicated parking space; 3. Drapes in living/dining room are nearly see-through, and there is a sleeper sofa there where neighbors could see at night; 4. The promotional literature did not mention the bedroom is on the 3rd floor from the street, which is an issue for some seniors/elderly.

Great property but tv was not working. Vacasa did not respond to numerous inquiries during the duration of our stay. They finally responded says after we got back home. In the weeks since, they have also not responded to any emails. Would be careful booking via Vacasa.

We loved the location of the property. We walked everywhere with our dog and three month old son. What we disliked: — why the old stereo? It had a cassette player… seems like it would be better removed. — the bed. Way too high, way too small. Maybe the height makes it seem smaller, but it definitely felt like a full size instead of a queen (we sleep on a queen at home). — really old kitchenware. I would spend a few hundred dollars and update the supplies. — the dog statue at the bottom of the stairs: makes for a tight squeeze getting in and out of the unit if carrying luggage

I rented this space to get work done, and had I known that I would hear everything from the store below, I would not have rented here. I even asked the store to turn their music down, and it was still so loud. I had to leave the rental a day early to conduct my work because it was loud enough to be audible on calls. Maybe this wouldn‘t bother people who visit in the summer and are out all day, but for someone seeking peace and quiet from 10-5, this is not the place. The rental Is otherwise clean and cute.
