Open concept living on the main level which features a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, sitting area with TV, a full bathroom with a tub, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed. Upper level has a private master suite complete with a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower. New as of October 2020, all bedrooms now have their own air conditioning units for maximum comfort. Enjoy the spacious outside, upper level deck with a view of the water which is the perfect spot for relaxing in the morning or enjoying an evening cocktail. Perfectly little getaway
We loved our stay! Saugatuk is the perfect little getaway. Ciro’s place is very cozy and the beautiful outdoor rooftop terrace is the perfect place to spend the mornings and evenings. Will definitely be back!

Amazing location !
Clean, quaint condo in an amazing location . We brought 2 kids ages 3 and 1, and the shades in the bedrooms made the room extremely dark/ black out (perfect for infants!) . There was a wagon in the rental we used , one parking space , and a keypad on the door to get in. No complaints- location was fantastic and as advertised.

Modern Coastal Condo - Fabulous stay
My family was in town for a Wedding and enjoyed our stay April 26th - 28th. The owner was very helpful and sent a list of things to do nearby. The location couldn't be better for walking around town. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor seating was a bonus. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Fantastic location/beautiful condo
This review would have been 5 stars all the way if we wouldn’t have had a slight hiccup. The oven was not working and we weren’t aware of this until we went to use the oven. Although we improvised it was disappointing to have brought food only to find out we couldn’t use the oven. The owner was very responsive and did apologize for this inconvenience! Other than this the condo was large, inviting, had more than enough supplies for us ie paper towels, toilet paper, abundance of towels etc! Perfect location to stores and restaurants! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future.

Great location, excellent view from the deck
This is an excellent unit. The amenities were very good. The second floor deck has a lovely view of the lake and great seating for a group to visit and chat in the fresh air. ALSO it is good that the rental unit/bldg. behind this Vrbo has a 10pm curfew on the swimming pool and whirlpool, so that noise drops dramatically. Walking to nearby restaurants and shopping is only one or two blocks. We look forward to returning.

Upgraded and clean condo
Overall the check in/check out was convenient & simple. Parking was right in front of the stairs to go up to the condo! Only used 1 bedroom and living room. Ate out so never used the kitchen, roof top deck or second floor but all was clean and beautiful. Bathtub on the 1st floor was plugged and would never drain. Was a noisy stay due to loud neighbors and restaurant below until about midnight. Loud again from 4am on due to garbage trucks, etc at the local businesses.
