SUSTAINABILITY

WHO IS SAUGATUCK MODERN FARMHOUSE NOT A GOOD FIT FOR?
- Parties or events: Our homes are in quiet, residential neighborhoods. If you are planning a party or event, our homes are not a good fit. We do not have parking or space for large gatherings and greatly value good relations with our neighbors.
- Groups with pets. Several of our regular guests have severe allergies, so we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
- Groups where the principal renter is under 30 years old. The principal renter must be 30 years or older and present during the stay.
- Groups that wish to smoke inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
- If you are a large group of unrelated singles, we may or may not be a good fit. Please reach out in advance prior to booking if you are in this situation.
- A rental agreement is required to rent these properties. Note that cameras are present outside the house, and noise monitoring devices (privacy compliant) are present inside and outside the house.
RATES
- Nightly Rates are $300 - $1,500 per night, 2-night minimum, holidays/peak may have higher rates
- Weekly rates are between $2,500 - $10,500 per week depending on the time of year. Inquire about low season weekly specials (between November and April) for best weekly rates
- The house rents only weekly, from SUNDAY to SUNDAY between mid June and the end of August
HOUSE RULES
- No pets allowed of any kind. NO EXCEPTIONS, some of our regular guests have severe pet allergies. A minimum $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed if pets are found to be present on the property
- No smoking inside the house
- No parties or events. Note that cameras are present outside the house, and noise monitoring devices (privacy complaint) are present inside the house and outside the house. Hosting a party shall be grounds for immediate eviction, with no refund.
- Maximum occupancy of the house is 16 total people
- A short-term rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation. Guests agree to abide by the house rules, and all terms and conditions on the rental agreement
- The principal renter must be 30 years old, and upon request must be able to verify this upon request through a valid government ID
