Family sleepover
The house is quaint with historical charm. By all accounts the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the winter and so can't speak to the outside amenities. We also didn't travel into town, so I can't speak to that either. The only criticism is that the elders in the family had a hard time finding the house as it is back off the road and the numbers are nailed up on a tree. Admittedly, I also had a moment looking for the house, but I was looking during daylight hours so it was easier to find. Everyone enjoyed the house in all of its charm. My six year old was fine, but if you have toddlers, you may need to be on high alert as there are a lot of pieces of art and objects that little hands would love to grab. There are two bedroom on the first floor, that we put the elders in so they didn't have to navigate the stairs. One was a King and the other was either a Queen or a Full bed. Upstairs is a King four-poster and a Full bed in the next room. Would recommend.
