Escape to our private condo nestled in the heart of downtown Saugatuck, where coastal charm meets modern comfort. With keyless entry for convenience, you can step into our retreat effortlessly.

Elevate your stay with elevator access to the unit or a quick flight of stairs, leading you to a private upstairs bedroom adorned with a balcony and a half bath. Please note that the main bedroom is accessed via stairs and is not handicap accessible.

On the main floor, an open-concept living space awaits, featuring a full kitchen and a full bath. Optional bed setup allows for comfortable accommodations for an additional two people in the main living quarters.

Marvel at the breathtaking harbor lakeside views right from the large sectional couch. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of downtown Saugatuck, with everything from local restaurants, bars, and shops just a stroll away.

For nature enthusiasts, our location offers easy access to the Lake Michigan coastline, including Oval Beach and Saugatuck Dunes State Park, all within a 10-minute drive. Explore nearby wineries, orchards, and breweries, or venture out to Downtown Grand Rapids, less than 45 minutes away.

At The Urban Coastal, all are welcome, including your furry dog friend! Accommodating up to four guests, we provide an air mattress and bedding for additional comfort. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.

Private complimentary parking is available on-site in the alley. Or park with ease in the Public Parking lot next door! Please note there are occasional cash fees for certain event days, approximately $10. Street parking is also available. Everything is just a walk away, including shops, bars, restaurants, and waterfront.

Nice spot in the middle of it all.
My wife and two daughters stayed here for several days. It was an updated and well maintained location right in the middle of Saugatuck. It was easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. It was also a close drive to Holland and South Haven. We spent time on the beautiful beaches and on the river with rented kayaks & a pontoon boat. I recommend coming to this wonderful town and staying in this condo in the middle of it all. Highly recommended.

A quiet space in a busy place
This is my second visit to unit 208. I enjoy sitting on the Second floor balcony and watching people At the park across the way and strolling down the sidewalks. It’s a good location also for the Friday farmers market; pizza or Mexican food is available on the same block and it comes with a designated parking space I’ll be back again as I love Saugatuck.

Wonderful place. Great location, comfy bed and sofa, two great restaurants right in front, great upper porch, lots of wonderful windows and a nice view of the river. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as Oval beach and Mt. Baldy.

A spic and span sun filled getaway
The windows are spectacular on both levels and with the trees bare there was a tremendous view of the River. It was sparkling clean from a germ perspective and from a minimal clutter perspective, too. As I am well out of the "in" season invasion, it was quiet and serene, too. There is an Italian place (Scooters) where I got great take away pizza and a Mexican restaurant with take away 'Ritas. Best part - they are less than 100 yrds away. Thanks Jeff and Debbie!

Great location with an excellent view. Check in and out were very easy and the owner was very quick to email me back when needed. A couple minor issues were brought to the owners attention - bathroom door was extremely hard to latch as well as a cracked sink and a stinky fridge. Overall we would stay there again if in the area.

Great location!
Stayed with my husband for the weekend. It was in a great location, easy walk to everything. The host had good communication and check in/out were easy. Absolutely loved the electric heater/fireplace in the downstairs and upstairs. It was a little chilly when we first got in late in the evening and the fireplaces really made it cozy. Nice and Easy
Very nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Easy to make contact for questions, and very easy to love this property. Any negatives are very minor: the squeaky floorboards and the noisy trash trucks that collect the garbage in the middle of the night. The walls between the units are very thin, and the view of the water is through the trees. Other than that, this is a fantastic value and the bed is the most comfortable we have ever experienced!
