Thoughtfully designed to elevate every moment of your stay, Glasco Woodstock treasures the uniquely historic while relishing in modern luxuries. The home dates back to the mid-1800's when Woodstock began to attract artists, actors, dancers, musicians, and circus performers on a quest for open space where they could further develop their craft. Converted from a barn in the 1970's, the home pays homage to Woodstock’s past, while offering guests a design-forward, home-away-from-home experience
If you need anything just call or text and we can be sure to take care of you right away. All check in/out is done via key pad on door or lockbox for studio access - so you’ll never need to see us. You can arrive as if it’s your own property!
Glasco Woodstock sits in the heart of Hudson Valley, just 6 minutes from the village of Woodstock, where a walk down Tinker Street takes you past quirky head shops, modern boutiques, and Zagat-rated dining experiences. Travel 10 minutes into Saugerties to visit a historic lighthouse or Opus 40, a massive environmental sculpture crafted by a 1970s quarryman.
Adjacent to the property is Catskills Park, with miles upon miles of trails ranging from quaint wooded walks to calf-burning climbs to breathtaking viewpoints. In the winter, Bellayre and Hunter Mountain offer world-class skiing; during the rest of the year, visit these resorts for a swim in the lake or to celebrate local festivals.
The nearby cities of Hudson and Kingston offer even more options for culture and dining, while Phoenicia is a favorite for its beloved diner and summertime tubing in the Esopus.
