"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "We checked in at the front desk and took an elevator to our room. We enjoyed seeing Basal the next day using free public transportation. It is a very nice town. We chose not to have breakfast, but I didn’t see where you could grab a cup of coffee. There was no coffee or tea in our room. "
