"Reception staff very helpful room was clean modern bright with all amenities"

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

Jean Pierre and Basanti were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. The location is superb, with views to the Pyrenees on a clear day and a large garden that encourages a wide range of amazing butterflies. The pool is well tended and has spacious new decking and furniture for relaxing. The villa is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and stays cool...

We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. Les commerces les plus proches sont à au moins 15 minutes en voiture donc il vaut mieux ne rien oublier en faisant les courses mais c'est le prix à payer pour une tranquillité absolue. Les autres logements n'étaient pas loué, un autre pour notre deuxième semaine, c'était parfait pour nous. A voir la cohabitation quand tous les gîtes sont loués mais l'endroit est magique! Perfectly placed in the pretty village, within a short walk of the railway station and telecabin station so no car required. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and enough shops to supply what we needed. The thermal baths are well worth a visit."

"It does what it says on the tin, unpretentious delivery of what you need somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep. Some of the facilities are a bit plastic, but that's what you expect. Shower a bit small, but again what you expect. Very limited range of options for dinner locally - albeit food in (effectively self-service) Crescendo was good value."

"Good welcome. English spoken. Modern lift, large well laid out room. Comfortable beds, extra blanket, Fridge with two bottles of water. Kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi, Large walk in shower - plenty of hot water Good parking right out side the door or underground - small payment. In fact everything you could need and more. The restaurant, too was excellent - choice of French or Vietnamese cuisine, good wine list all at a very reasonable price all cooked on the premises. The pintade (guinea fowl) was amazing. As was the creme brulee. We will DEFINATELY be staying there again and would heartily recommend this hotel and its food."

"Absolutely terrific stay, just loved it. We stayed for one night while driving through France. The hotel looks just like the photos, it is charming and comfortable. I recommend getting the charcuterie board and a bottle of wine and taking it to the garden or side balcony. This was a highlight of the trip. "
