"We liked the swimming pool, pool table, ping pong and gym. Unfortunately our room ‘Paul’ was tiny for 4 people, it was in the attic space so incredibly hot, even with fans, and difficult to access. Only one toilet on top floor to share between 10 people. Did not sleep well at property. The breakfast was fine. Dogs are welcome, but hosts dog unruly and out of control, so my dog had to spend all it’s time in bedroom, when we wanted to use any of the facilities. The host was inflexible. If you do...

It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

We were very happy with our choice, lovely owners (and lovely dog who is super friendly), beautiful building and surroundings. "Fantastic stay! Beautifully renovated chateau, perfectly located just a 20 minute drive from the superb St Emillion area. Very nice breakfast and we also really enjoyed the bistro in the evenings. Lovely relaxed staff, friendly and helpful. Great swimming pool. We really liked the robes to go to the pool in and the Rituals toiletries were a lovely luxurious treat! Highly recommended! "

"We totally enjoyed almost everything about this property. The location, the ease to find and all the amenities. The staff super nice, the pool and steam a great treat after a long day. The restaurant for breakfast is very good, lots of selection. The dinner on the other hand was lack luster with options that that were limited. Nothing for a non meat eater and the service was confusing. overall I highly recommend and its great value. "
