Two King bedroom/bathroom suites in the heart of the action downtown. Large living room and kitchen space for your group to spend time together steps away from the hustle and bustle of Savannah's busiest shopping, dining and night life area.

This is a loft above retail stores on Broughton Street. Entry to the residential lofts is on Montgomery St just steps from City Market, fine dining, museums and boutiques. Both bedrooms have King Beds and there is a twin roll away cot for a 5th person.

There is no elevator in this building so guests must be able to walk up one tall flight of stairs to the second floor.

Great stay!

Perfectly located right in the middle of everything! We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very prompt with replies and had a nice assortment of items for guests who may have forgotten something. Fabulous place!!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location across from city market. I was surprised how quiet it was, although they did provide white noise machines in the bedrooms. It was so clean and lots of nice little things. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We had a couple of questions and had prompt responses. I would highly recommend staying here!

Location was fantastic. Everything went so smoothly. The only downside I would say is the parking. I was worried about noise being so close to night life and on a busy street but it wasn’t really an issue, partially due to the sound machines provided in both bedrooms. I would totally stay here again.

Perfect Weekend!
My 3 girlfriends and I (all in our 40s) loved staying here! The apartment was just as advertised, clean, spacious, and very comfortable (especially the beds!)! The location was also incredible. It was a short walk to historic sites, the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. And, despite being right in the center of everything, the apartment itself wasn't at all loud at night. I'm so glad we found this perfect spot for our vacation!!

Great place, easy communication, very clean, easily accessible to the rest of Savannah. Only issue is paper thin walls. Not so much cause of other guests in the complex as it is when it comes to dealing with the club across the street blaring its music on Friday and Saturday nights.

enjoyed our stay very much. Place was perfect and great location. The only issue was I signed agreement for unit 1 and supposed to have parking garage pass. We had no parking pass and had to pay garage parking everytime we left and for over night.

Great property in amazing location!
I stayed with my family - just one night to go to a Savannah Bananas Game. The condo is in perfect location and it’s adequately furnished and well kept. The only opportunity we identified is with the common areas. The foyer inside the building was very dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced asap and the walls repainted. First impressions are important :)

Great place to stay!
I travelled with my husband, 8 month old and parents. Plenty of space for us all. Beds were comfortable and separate bathrooms were great. Laundry room is a nice amenity. Parking garage is near by and a great French bakery is right next to the entrance. All of the great Savannah spots are within a very short walking distance. River street is about a 10 minute walk and easy to navigate. There is definitely street noise at night - especially over the weekend - but the host has sound machines in every room and we didn’t have problems falling or staying asleep. Great host and a super convenient spot to stay if you want to experience downtown Savannah without the pain of finding parking and ride shares.

Great place. GREAT LOCATION!!!
I came to Savannah with a couple of my girlfriends for a "girls week" getaway. This condo unit was PERFECT for what we needed (2 bedrooms, a pull out couch, 2 bathrooms, centrally located near all things Savannah). It was fabulous! I will say, if you stay over the weekend (Friday/Saturday nights) be prepared for the LOUDEST bar/dance club scene you have ever heard!!! Holy smokes....it is SO loud around that area on the weekends. The unit came equipped with noise machines, which helped some, however, they didn't entirely mask the noise so it was very difficult to fall asleep! During the weekdays, it was perfect. Overall, a fantastic place to stay....darling condo and amazing location.

Christmas Week
There was no outside marking to the location so GPS was required. Upon entry the carpet was dirty and there was a musty spell. Not the carpet shown in the listing. Seemed old and run down. The unit itself was very nice but we did kill a cockroach in the bathroom the size of an adult thumb. The worst part, and reason why I would not stay here again was the outside noise. My wife and I were woken up literally 6-8 times during the night. Loud people outside, delivery truck all night long, car alarms. Terrible. We also read in the welcome book that if we didn't put all dished in the dishwasher and run it, and empty the trash in a contained across the street that we could be charged additionally. I found this to be extremely disrespectful. After paying big numbers for cleaning and for a single night, we were required to do most of the cleaning. Unreal. Never, never again.
