Don’t Make Me Leave!
I didn’t want to leave such a beautiful and clean apartment. It is also spacious and well laid out. Everything extra you could possibly need was supplied . And it was so quiet and peaceful, close to 2 squares and not far at all from the lovely Forsyth Park. Also Clary’s for breakfast is just a very short jaunt down the block. We ate there four times!

Beautiful place on the prettiest street
The home is beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable; we had plenty of soft towels. It was great to have the washer and dryer as we travelled light. We loved the location in the heart of the historic district.

I rented this for my parents who are in their 80's. There were only a couple of stairs to navigate. The walk along Bull street offers benches in the squares. The apartment was clean. A couple of the lights didn't work right but were promptly fixed. All in all a great stay.

Savannah Georgia Anniversary Celebration
Comfortable accommodations. Convenient to all historic attractions. Lovely neighborhood. Very quaint garden unit. People above had a dog that barked when he/she was left alone. Just noticeable but not annoying. Sofa bed should probably be replaced. Very uncomfortable sitting because of the saggy lumps however I would recommend booking with Cora Bett Thomas properties to our friends and family.

Positives outweigh negatives
Property is in great location to walk to everything. Finding parking was not an issue. Apartment is beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Could use some maintenance as paint is peeling, fridge made noises, and tub/shower had issues draining and leaked all over bath floor on last day. Also sink does not have a stopper, there were numerous light bulbs out, and front door does not easily lock. Rental company was very responsive. All in all, we probably would rent it again as they were just trivial issues and the location is just too perfect.

The location of the property and communication with the rental company were great, but the apartment definitely needs some updates and maintenance. Not enough light - switches and/or lamps (2) don’t work (listing photos are a bit misleading) Towels are sized for small children Need a rug in bedroom Should supply an extra blanket for bedroom Sofa needs to be replaced Mattress needs to be replaced Ice maker doesn’t work Need towel racks Fruit flies For the nightly rate, the apartment should be in better shape.

Great for a short getaway
After the most recent stay at home order we wanted to get away from ATL. The location was perfect for long walks and several restaurants were serving in the area. We did have an issue with water at the entrance. Since The property is at garden level, below the street, water was standing in the vestibule outside the apt. It Did pose an issue with getting luggage in and out, maneuvering around 1” plus of standing water. At some point during our stay someone attempted to dry it out, which didn’t work so well. The residence above us were somewhat loud. Parking was on the street and could be a few blocks away. One last item- bring your own wine cork! Not one to be found anywhere in the apt!!😁

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like to stay on Jones St when we visit Savannah. The Garden Apt is shown as having outdoor space but it is shared with all the units. To get to the trash/recycling you need to go out the front and around the block to the back of the units. Others have noted fridge is on last legs. It is noisy but works. Stovetop not so much. Also the tub does not drain properly so if you are in the shower second, you will be standing in water. Clary's restaurant is just down the block and going the other way is Crystal Beer parlor. If you want to go more upscale you can walk to 700 Drayton. You can catch the sightseeing Trolleys nearby and you can walk to the water. Enjoy all the squares in Savannah and the architecture.

Quaint place
The property was as described! We really enjoyed the hospitality. Quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you needed were furnished. Customer service was absolutely excellent as we had issue opening the lockbox but within minutes, we were entering this quaint hideaway for our weekend. The only suggestion I would have is suitcase stands for luggage as we had to open and close our suitcases either on the bed or floor. Love that it was puppy friendly!!! Highly recommend
