I would NOT recommend this hotel under any circumstance! We were desperate to find a place to stay because of hurricane Helene. This was the 3rd hotel we went to because all other were sold out or they would not check us in because they had no electricity. Quality Inn had no problem taking our money and checking us in with no electric. The cost of the room was almost twice as much as others sold out because of price gouging! The room was dirty, run down, and filled with Black Mold!! Wish I could upload pictures here. They’re was a man yelling outside my window at 3:41am then he started playing loud music until 5am! I felt totally unsafe with my teenage daughter.

Men were driving around the front of the property looking for prostitutes. One tried to talk to me and I hurriedly walked away. I requested a non-smoking room and was put in a room that smelled like fresh smoke. I asked to change rooms and the person at the counter (different from who checked me in) changed it no problem. Rooms by the courtyard felt safer as they were not directly by the parking lots. Interior is how you would expect for the price - old and relatively dirty.

The first room they gave me the ceiling was literally black, when I went to request a new room the clerk didn’t seem shocked at all. The fridge in the second room wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t use it to keep food. The sheets were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Burns on the bedsheets, room smells of mold and mildew. Staff refused to get sheets changed that night. Checked out early due to the conditions. Staff refused to issue refund, refused to contact thier manager, left information for manager to call, I never recieved a call. Will be in contact with health inspectors. This place needs to be shut down.

The motel itself was clean and the staff friendly enough. The cost was very reasonable which is why I selected this motel online. We experienced no issues at all personally so I am satisfied. However, my wife wished I had chosen a different motel as there was some shady characters and a confrontation occurred between a motel guest and the staff at breakfast. (The staff was probably right). Anyway, again, there is probably better motels out there but I have no regrets.
