"This is a wonderful and clean boutique hotel. The last mile and a half drive to the property is a narrow, winding and steep road, but the drive is well worth it. "We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights...

"This place is picturesque and has potential, but the staff was inattentive and seemed bothered when we asked for anything. We had to search the grounds for someone to come to check us in. The bartender wasn’t around for at least the first 20 mins of happy hour. We were told a lot of things were not done properly (room cleaning) or not working (hot tub) b/c of electricity issues (to be fair, it is rainy season and there were thunderstorms each night and it sounds like they were working off...
