Delightful property, large garden, heated pool, great place for a family holiday

Our house is situated in a tranquil village close to all the amenities in Savigne and Civray. The cosy house sleeps 6 people with the gite annexe an additional 4 people (the bedrooms in the gite will not be available for parties of 6 or less without prior arrangement and may include a small extra cleaning charge, the bathroom and kitchen will be open) . The heated 10m x 5m pool will provide you with a great lazy days holiday set in a quiet private plot. There are sunloungers and poolside furniture under a retractable gazebo. The pool has a safety cover which conforms to regulations so is safe for the kids when not in use. The pool will normally be open in April but is dependent on the temperature (usually needs to be 18 degrees or above).

The house has three bedrooms with two double rooms and a twin room. There is a travel cot available and if required a pull out bed for younger children in the main bedroom.

The annexe has a small double bed and a single bed and there is a bed sofa in the small lounge.

There are plenty of local attractions and activities for those wanting a more active holiday. There is canoeing, cycling, horse riding, walking, tennis, golf, a water park all within an hour and a leisure centre in Civray amongst some of the activities available.

The beaches at Royan and La Rochelle are about an hour and half away. The Futuroscope park is about 45 minutes away at Poitiers.

The towns of Ruffec, Angouleme, Poitiers, Cognac and Niort are all in easy reach.

The house unfortunately is not suitable for disabled guests, however it may be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please feel free to contact host with any enquiries.
