"The staff knew my name instantly, the kindness and service was top notch. I couldnt have had a nicer experience. The management to the grounds crew all said bula and were just happy and pleasant. "Sawasi is a magical place, with such a beautiful natural setting with lots of "secret paths", rock outcroppings on the ocean shore, canals to kayak on, exotic birds and bats flying at dusk, beautiful flowers, amazing food, wonderful people! We stayed on Serenity, an old refurbished cruise ship. Nice experience but the Serenity could benefit from an upgrade (carpets, etc). The bed was very comfortable, sheets, towels, high quality. We had a great time and rated it 5 stars. "
