A family and dog friendly haven, The Hayloft.

The Hayloft is a charming, family-friendly single-storey property with two bedrooms, nestled in the picturesque Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk. Situated on a small 40-acre family farm, guests can enjoy ample dog walking options, including fenced-off fields, a private woodland area, and nearby footpaths.
The property is conveniently located near RSPB nature reserve Minsmere, as well as the coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, Snape Maltings, and the historic village of Framlingham.
The space
The Hayloft has a gated, shared drive way, with its own off-road parking adjacent.
The Hayloft has a grand hallway which leads to a Super-King sized bedroom with an ensuite. A twin room with French Antique Continental beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A private room for a work area with desk.
Also an open-plan living room & kitchen, with a door leading into a utility room with access to fenced garden perfect for your dogs.
The Hayloft has underfloor heating and a log burner for those chilli nights. The log burner is fully guarded to keep little hands out.
There is a high chair and travel cot available for your little ones, plus plastic bowls and plates.
The Hayloft welcomes dogs, but we please ask if they do not go into the bedrooms and keep off the furniture.
Guest access
The Hayloft is completely self-contained with its own fenced-off garden, patio and parking spaces. There is a key safe for self-check in or Nicola will be pleased to check you in personally.
Other things to note
There is an electric gate for security, and information on access will be provided prior to your check-in.

If you need more wood for the log burner we ask you to please contact us. We will provide more logs at an additional charge. This way we know the logs will be suitable for use.

Great stay in a beautiful cottage
We had a wonderful stay in The Hayloft. A beautifully decorated cottage with lots of space and every comfort we could wish for. Lovely setting and easy access to pub/restaurants. We will be back 😊
