"I absolutely had an amazing time during my 7 days stay at the hotel. I did not encounter any problems or issues. The wifi was fast. The room is always clean and tidy. The room is also spacious for a reasonable price. Train station is close by and Shinjuku/kabukicho is also close (about 15mins walk) or you can ride the bus (bus stop at the front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and warm as well. The area though close to shinjuku is fairly quiet with less tourist. Will definitely book this...

"The property was very clean. If you happen to see the staff there they are very helpful and provide great service if needed. One of the amenities that was very useful was the washer/dryer. The property is within walking distance to the train. It was a great experience and good place to stay."

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "

"*Very* cozy. Stating the place is small is an understatement. We were a part of 4 and it was like playing sliding puzzle whenever someone wanted to go to the bathroom, kitchen, or entry. You say this is part of the japanese cultural experience where a lot of things are very cozy. It was pretty expensive for the space but it is very clean, has everything we needed (except personal space), and very friendly service. I would recommend if you are a party of 3 or less and of average size."

"Seriously the smallest place I've ever stayed. But the neighborhood is terrific and the space was clean. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions within minutes. This would be a great stay for a couple wanting to experience a neighborhood with lots of young people, restaurants and bars. "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...
