"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good. "We did really enjoyed staying in this amazing hotel. My wife, our children and myself all have no regret of the experience. Rooms are spacious, clean and give a sense of privacy. Food was abundant, with many verities and continental dishes. Staffs were very friendly, supportive and prompt. Perhaps, the hotel may consider adding some games for toddlers. "
