"Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."

"This sizable 4 bedroom space gave us everything we needed for a great price! Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. Despite being so close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Ideal for a stay in the Albany area and was just what we needed, would definitely recommend!"

"Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! "We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."
