Overall enjoyed our time there. Description said English/ German. After receiving the contract in German, I asked 4 times for it to be sent in English, never was. Property could have used some fans.

Great apartment in a lovely quiet village and central location
Delighted with our lovely warm and welcoming apartment. Well equipped modern kitchen / living area and plenty bedrooms with ensuite showers. Sheffau is a small village, but only a short drive to all Ski Welt areas and it has its on local shops (Spar supermarket, sit in bakery, traditional Austrian restaurant and ski hire). Ideal for families.

A very comfortable stay in the beautiful small town of Scheffau. The house was great for our family!
Haus Kristall provided a wonderful place to stay during our time in the Wilder Kaiser area. Esther was very responsive and accommodating with our booking, and Caroline and Mike were very helpful locally during our stay. The apartment we were in has 5 good sized bedrooms and a large living area with functional kitchen. The views off both balconies north and south were fabulous. The centre of Scheffau is just a leisurely walk down the road, and there are trails to walk right on the doorstep. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to others.

Lovely big modern flat in nice location
Super very large flat top floor of three similar ones I think. Huge and good value compared to others that we viewed. Only marred by no air con or fans and it was sweltering but it’s that nice id still give it 5 stars despite this. Really felt we fell lucky on this place after looking at a lot online high spec finish .

Almost everything you need
We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this wonderful place. It was comfortable with plenty of baths for the guests. Loved the village and the restaurants and market that was close by. Easy commute to Salzburg, Chiemsee and anywhere else that you might want to go. Caroline and Mike at Chateau Heidi were wonderful in checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed. My only recommendation to the owners would be that they advertise they speak several languages but the contract and information papers were in German. My German is passable, but not adequate for contracts. They need to have the contracts and information papers in all the languages that they advertise.

Toll ausgestattet Wohnung für viele
Wohnung wo jeder sein Bad hat und die Küche super ausgestattet ist auch für die 10 Personen ausreichend. Möbel sind i.o. Skikeller ist top. Zur Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter. Einzig eine Lampe mit Bewegungsmelder am Balkon und der Treppe zum Skikeller hat uns gefehlt.

Für das Wetter kann keiner was. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, gut ausgestattet, Kamin vorhanden und Holz!! Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen, Schlüssel im Tresor, also gut organisiert

Sehr geräumig und ruhige Lage
Große und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit geräumiger, modern ausgestatteter Wohnküche. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch erreicht man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig das Ortszentrum. Alles war bestens.

Sehr tolle Wohnung der es an (fast) nichts fehlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre der schmale Balkon ohne Möbel, auf dem man entsprechend kaum Zeit verbringen kann. Ansonsten rundum zufrieden gewesen

Wir hatten einige sehr schöne Urlaubstage in Scheffau. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sehr gut gelegen. Die Restaurants im Ort sind lecker und mit den Wanderbussen kommt man bequem überall hin.

Die Unterkunft ist für Ihren Preis einfach Top. Nur zu empfehlen. Nah an die Piste, sauber und nett. Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung wird durch einen Wunderbaren Blick aus dem Fenster sowie einen Kamin kompensiert ;-)

Hervorragende Unterkunft
wir haben alles wie angegeben in gutem Zustand angetroffen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien mit Teenagern perfekt geeignet. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Skikeller ist geradezu luxeriös (-: Der Skibus hält wenige Meter vor dem Gästehaus. Leider ist er morgens überfüllt, so dass wir an einem Morgen gar nicht mehr reingekommen sind. und an den kommenden Tagen später gefahren sind, um rein zu kommen.
