"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "

"I loved my stay at this hotel. It was great value for money; our room was comfortable and clean, fairly spacious and we loved the huge balcony. The location is ideal for access to Midi station, and just a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. I booked late checkout but, frustatingly, this didn't stop the maid from walking straight into my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on the door as well. I paid 10 Euros per hour for this privilege, so this did annoy me. She didn't even...

"For the price, this was a good stay in a central location in Brussels, comfortable and clean with friendly staff. It could use a good renovation and paint job but then it wouldn't be the same price, right? The WiFi was spotty and didn't work at all on my floor for a day despite it being reported by multiple people and being told the would reset the router to fix the problem. Luckily it worked in the lobby so I could finish my work. "

"Absolutely lovely little boutique hotel! Rooms are spacious with great Nordic style decor and extremely clean. The bed was comfy and there were lots of little extras in the room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but were given a complimentary drink on arrival which was a nice touch! Would highly recommend staying here 😊"
