"Horrible customer service, made for a stressful experience. They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. The bedding provided was for the winter even though it is the end ofMay so sleeping was unvomfortably hot. The full wall windows give to the street and not nice green nature, so the photos...
