The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing.

Wir sind kurzentschlossen beim Raitner Wirt aufgeschlagen und waren positiv von dem toll renovierten ländlichen Anwesen überrascht. Für uns hat alles wunderbar gepasst... Essen, Zimmer, Auskünfte, Service, Rusitkales modernisiertes Ambiente, Lage zu Bergen und Wandermöglichkeiten. Zimmer mit richtig breiten Holzdielen wie auch im Bad. Toll renovierte Elektrotechnik mit Bussystem und LED-Technik. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Heinrich & Norina

Nach dem Lob anderer Bewertungen hier ein paar Kritikpunkte: In der Beschreibung wird nicht erwähnt, daß man die Koffer je nach Zimmer zwei hohe Treppen hinauf schleppen muss. Im Zimmer lässt die Reinigung unter dem Bett zu wünschen übrig. Die Matrazen haben Kuhlen und die Kopfkissen sind eine Zumutung. Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität, wird aber spärlich nachgefüllt. Obwohl Speisen im Außenschaukasten angeboten werden kann man sie nur am Wochenende kosten. Wohl weil sie den günstigen Preis haben. Dem Chef fehlt es an allgemein üblichen Höflichkeitsfloskeln. Ein : Dankeschön oder gute Heimreise ist wohl nicht im Preis drin.

perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Super nette Leute, leckeres Frühstück, saubere Zimmer. Also alles perfekt. Ein minus punkt das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hat nur kleinen Fenster,in der Nacht war sehr warm,,keine Klimaanlage.Mücken gefahr.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast und es hätten im Nachhinein noch mehr sein können. Ein wirklich sehr gut geführtes Haus. Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, so das man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Frühstück 👍. Das angebotene Abendessen im Gasthaus ist hervorragend. Man merkt, das hier mit Leidenschaft und "Stern" gekocht wird. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen.Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, die wir ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen können. Auch sehr gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen etc..

Nettes Hotel mit Restaurant mit Top-Service

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel etwas abseits der Umgehungsstraße mit schönen Zimmern. Leider zieht abends der Fettgeruch des Restaurants durch die Gänge, zum Glück dichten die Türen gut ab, so dass man im Zimmer größtenteils verschont bleibt. Frühstücksservice top, Eierspeisen und extra super lecker Cappuccino wurden problemlos serviert, die Auswahl an Speisen könnte etwas größer sein.Kommunikation außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten schwierig, allerdings war der Aufenthalt kurz vor den Betriebsferien. Preis für die Leistung etwas zu hoch.
