"We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany. "

"Above a bar in a small town, this place was in a good location. The room was clean and modern, although small. For a solo traveler this didn’t matter. Fresh rolls delivered to your door at 07:00 for breakfast in your room. The people in the bar helped me get in touch with the owner who is not on site. The phone number on Hotels.com was not correct. Parking was in an open area opposite the bar. It was a noisy location as traffic passed on two sides. "

Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not...
