"This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hof Tütsberg. The buildings have lots of history and the forested area is very calm and peaceful—perfect for a quiet escape. The decor is a bit dated, but everything was very clean. Breakfast was also quite good with some vegan options. One thing to note is the electric vehicle charging station is cost prohibitive at 0.60 euros per kWh (as of July 2024). Overall, a great place to stay, but consider the EV charging cost if applicable."

"Really nice hotel! Managed to park a large Mercedes Sprinter in the car park, was welcomed by a lovely lad in the Reception who then showed me to my apartment across the road. Had an amazing sleep and a lovely breakfast was enjoyed before departing the next morning. When staying in Soltau, make you visit the nearby Delphi Greek Restaurant, it is outstanding! "

"We were welcomed with a lockbox with a key because of our very late check-in. That worked fine. The room was basic but very clean and well maintained. The beds were very nice. Only negative was that the room and bathroom were freezing cold when we came but I did figure out how the heater worked so not a big problem. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. "
