It's an older property... the beds were very soft & comfortable but maybe that's because I was tired from hiking. ☆☆☆☆☆ Breakfast Overall, I'd describe the facilities as "rustic" but still a good value for the reasonable price"

"They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We were worried about staying after reading other reviews but we couldn’t really fault it! We arrived late in the evening (9pm) and had to call the receptionist to check in (this is the only negative point we have, it would’ve been nice to check in straight away and quickly given we’d just done a 10 hour drive however once we’d called them they came quickly and we checked in with no problems) room was clean, comfy and well equipped. "it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters. "
