Our apartment 46 **** was completely renovated in November 2015 and can accommodate 3-4 people.
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine, kettle and enough dishes.
The bedroom with double bed and 24 cm comfort mattresses. The spacious living-dining area has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view. Arrive, feel good, enjoy your holidays. Even good four-legged friends are allowed. Your family Schmidt

Arrive, feel good, enjoy your holiday in our 2 bedroom apartment FEWO 46. With attention to detail our apartment was completely renovated in December 2015 and can accommodate 3-4 persons. The apartment is classified by the DTV with 4 **** stars. It has a kitchen area with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more. , Spacious living-dining room with sofa bed. Comfortable bedroom with 24 cm comfort mattresses. Bathroom with window. On the balcony you have a wonderful panoramic view. Your car or bicycles are protected in the underground car park. For ski, toboggan and snowboard, there is a ski room in the basement. In the communal garden you can enjoy sunbathing on sun loungers or barbecue. A small playground is also available. Our Aunt Emma shop is well sorted (about 100 m) and in the Landgasthof above the facility you can eat well civic. A ski area is 100m from the house, or the nearby ski area Steinberglift only about 500m, with 7 lifts, 2 of them with floodlight and snowmaking, Kinderland and ski school. 23 km of groomed cross-country ski trails are available nearby.   With us everyone is welcome, whether big or small-well brave four-legged may be with. Sehr abgelegene Fewo Anlage
Also die 4 Sterne Fewo Bewertung können wir nicht vertreten. Der angepriesene Sportraum war sehr herunter gekommen und hatte auch keinen wirklich einladenden Duft. Dann freuten wir uns auf die Tischtennisplatte,doch leider war diese auch sehr runter gekommen. Hatte kaum brauchbare Schläger usw. Die kleine Fewo die wir hatten war ganz schick, aber zeigte die ein oder anderen Mängel auf. Wer auf der Fensterseite im Schlafzimmer schlafen möchte,sollte nicht zu groß sein oder immer gut auf seinen Kopf aufpassen, denn sonst stößt man an die Dachschrägen. In der Anzeige stand die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG ,was von der Haustür auch stimmte. Von der Tiefgarage waren es 4 Etagen 😑 Desweiter sollte man auch nicht mit zu großem Auto Anreisen,denn sonst passt man nicht durch die Tiefgarageneinfahrt. Wir hatten bei unserem Kombi noch ca 1 bis maximal 2 cm Platz. Auch in der Tiefgarage sieht man,dass sehr oft Feriengäste die Wand mitgenommen haben. Zur Lage können wir nur sagen,wer absolute Ruhe mag und sonst nicht viel drumherum wird sich dort wohl fühlen. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Gaststätte und einen kleinen Lebensmittelhandel das wars. Auch um sich irgendwo etwas anzuschauen muss man immer mobil sein. Außer man möchte immer auf dem Brotjackriegel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sonstige andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mindestens 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Für uns war es leider nix

Schöne Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Tiefgarage ist bei Schnee super. Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr schön, gerne wieder!
Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet -inklusive Zewa und Bücher am Bett. Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft - besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gegen den Hang ausgerichtet, was aber bei Schlafzimmer und Bad nicht stört. Sehr ruhig und kaum was los (mitte Mai).
