Apartment in a great location with a beautiful balcony, on the Ammersee

2-room attic apartment, recently renovated, with double bedroom and living room with pull-out couch. 1 large bathroom with bathtub. Balcony with a nice view. 2 private parking spaces in front of the house, which can be used. New kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots and dishes.
I offer free WiFi and the use of a 40 inch TV, along with Xbox One, which can be used for games and DVDs.
Bedding and towels are provided.
The surrounding area is very beautiful, from the lake to the hiking trails and the view of the Alps and it is waiting to be discovered. In the apartment you will find catalogs with excursion tips.
Please note that there is a bathtub in the bathroom that can only be used when sitting while showering. A bath seat can be used for this.

Localisation idéale pour visiter Munich. A 5 minutes à pied de la gare, à 45 minutes de Munich Hbf. Petite copropriété très calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Appartement très agréable malgré les pièces en sous-pente et surtout très propre et bien décoré. Vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Très beau séjour.

Sehr schön. Der Ort ist ruhig, die Wohnung liegt zentral. Nahe Bahnhof, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Zum See gelangt man mit einem kurzen Spaziergang. Tolle Rad- und Wanderwege. Alles was man braucht um mal ein wenig abzuschalten. Gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn ob nach Augsburg, München usw. sehr angenehm

Ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin
Eine schöne kleine Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer sehr angenehm ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Und trotzdem sind es zu Fuß immer nur wenige Schritte zum See, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Zum Glück waren die Nächte noch kühl denn die Dachwohnung heizt sich schnell auf. Klasse ist der Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Unser Urlaub am Ammersee war auch dank dieser Unterkunft sehr entspannend.

Schnuckelige kleine gut eingerichtete Wohnung im DG. Ruhige und doch sehr zentrale Lage. Zum See ca. 400 m. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt. Alte Stahl Kochplatten und schlechte Pfanne und Töpfe. (wackeln auf den Herdplatten). Alles Andere fanden wir ok. Gerne auch mal wieder!

ruhige Lage-kurze Wege zu Gastronomie-sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Schondorf" am Bahnhof! Edeka und Bäcker sehr nah. Schönes Cafe am See. Gepflegte MinigolfAnlage-tolle Radwege am See entlang!

Kurz Tripp
Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Wir haben eine Unterkunft gesucht um nach Kaltenberg zu können und nach München. Die Umgebung von der Wohnung war jedoch so schön das wir München nicht besucht haben . Statt dessen haben wir einen Tag am See verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und könnten uns dies auch für längere Zeit gut vorstellen.

Geeignet für zwei Personen
Wir hatten im Großen und Ganzen einen schönen Aufenthalt in der FeWo. Wegen eines verstopfen Abflusses im Bad ist uns die Vermieterin ohne Aufforderung mit dem Preis etwas entgegengenommen. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für groß gewachsene Interessenten: die Dachschrägen im Bad und im Schlafzimmer sind schon etwas problematisch. Dafür ist aber das Sofa für eine FeWo sehr großzügig.

Haben mehr Wohnlichkeit erwartet!
Das Wohnzimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war zu spärlich ausgestattet. 1 mittelgroßer Topf, 1 kleiner Milchtopf und 1Pfanne ist zum Kochen waren nur vorhanden. Auch mit 2 Herdplatten kann man mit Kochutensilien kochen. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank nicht sauber. Den habe ich erst einmal gereinigt. Das Schlafzimmer hat uns absolut nicht gefallen. Schmutziger Teppichboden, eine Teppichbrücke die eine Stoppergefahr war, weil er Wellen schlug. Bettzeug stapelten sich auf den Schränken. Kopfkissenbezug rochen nach Zigarettenrauch.

Kann man empfehlen
Wir waren 5 Tage im Mai in Schondorf. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind gern mit dem Fahrad unterwegs. Es gibt sehr gut ausgeschilderte Rad und Wanderwege. Wer schwimmen möchte, findet auch in fast jeden Ort Möglichkeiten. Was die Wohnung betrifft, kann ich sagen, sie war sauber und groß genug für zwei Personen (angegeben sind vier). Es gibt platz für drei am Tisch, Geschirr und Besteck gibt es auch genug, aber wenn man kochen möchte (deswegen habe ich eine FeWO) wird es umständlich. Wir konnten unser Reisegepäck nicht auspacken, da sämmtliche Schränke mit Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kopfkissen und Zudecken vollgestopft waren.

nettes Apartment nah bei München und nah am See und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Das Apartment ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmittel, Kaffee und Gewürzen. Das Duschen in der Wanne ist nicht optimal, denn selbst wenn man sitzt, spritzt es nach allen Seiten. Mit weniger Druck und Regulierung des Duschstrahls ging es aber dann. Die Ausstattung ist optimal und einwandfreien Zustand, WLAN läuft. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, ein kleiner Mangel in Punkto Sauberkeit angesprochen, sollte in Zukunft wieder laufen. Empfehlenswert.

Super ist auch, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe ein italienisches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und sehr netter Bedienung und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon
Mein Aufenthalt in dieser netten Wohnung dauerte eine Woche und ich war alles in allem sehr zufrieden und werde auch gerne wieder kommen. Die Lage ist toll, 5min zu Fuß bis zum Ammersee und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wie gesagt auch sehr schön. Das wichtigste ist zu Fuß erreichbar und alles war sauber und zweckmäßig. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt!

im grossen und ganzen hat uns die ferienwohnung gefallen. was ich zu bemängeln habe sind stark beschädigte fliegengitter. sehr viele mücken am abend. wir konnten im wohnzimmer nicht die richtige kühle luft reinlassen. das rollo am wohnzimmerfenster ist defekt, liegt in der fensterbank. alles was für die reinigung gebraucht wird( wischer, eimer, feudel usw. ) steht an der balkontür. auch kein schöner anblick. trotzdem haben wir es uns die paar tage gutgehen lassen. mfg ute malucha
