"It has truly been a wonderful week - very peaceful and relaxing - you immediately lower your shoulders and feel at home. The tiny house is small but has all you need. The interior design makes it cosy and personal which is important for me when staying for a weeks time at the same place. The only tiny upgrade would be a better bed as the sofa bed is not the most comfortable. I would recommend this place."

"Our stay at the Farmhouse was amazing. Location wise it can't be beat being close to so many lovely towns. It was rural enough to give you the feeling you were on a Sicilian farm in the countryside. Lucca our host was a gem. He is very friendly and willing to help out always. Make sure to sign up for the cooking classes, unfortunaly we couldn't but sound amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a real experience of Sicily "

"Carmela couldn't have been a better host - she went above and beyond to provide information and additional amenities to cater for our group (eg. providing advice and a microwave for one of our babies with allergies). The units were spotless and the pool was regularly cleaned (Carmela's husband did this so they were there semi-regularly). There was a technical fault with some of the air-con units but Carmela did everything to rectify it. They also left us local vegetables which were delicious!...

Auch wenn Kleinigkeiten in der Küche gefehlt haben (die vielleicht auch die meisten nicht brauchen wir z.B eine Käsereibe) war eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. "Chiara is an exceptional host, easy to contact and had lots of great tips on where to go. You do need a car to visit all the wonderful towns and beaches nearby. I wish we had stayed longer as we couldn’t fit everything into one week. We particularly liked Noto, Ragusa and Marina Di Ragusa for the beach. The nearest town Sciciliis a fantastic place to eat in the evening as it is only a 12 minute drive and has so many good restaurants. The pool is really a plunge pool but good enough for cooling off. The views from the front patio is amazing"

"We enjoyed our time at Villa Padima. It was a little hard to find at first but Angelo, the property manager, was there when we arrived. There was a bit of a language barrier as we do not speak Italian well but he left and came back shortly with his niece who helped translate. They gave us a tour around the property and showed us how to work the pools, laundry, etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The views to the sea are incredible. The location provided a great launch point for exploring the nearby towns of Modica, Ragusa, and Scicli as well as all the southern coast beaches. "
