The Villa is in a good location, quiet and secluded. The veranda is a nice space to sit in the shade during the day and to dine outside in the evening. The bedroom space is good and the bathrooms are modern. We had great help from the local manager who was always ready to offer support.

Secluded villa in quiet location
Villa Paola is a lovely property, set high above Donnalucata with a view down to the sea. The veranda is well shaded with good seating for eating outside. There is a bbq and a good size kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are modern. The aircon works well, essential for Sicily’s hot weather! Renzo, the local manager, is great, he is super helpful and came to clean the pool and the bbq as well as taking away rubbish and buying a new umbrella for the poolside. One of our party needed a dentist and Renzo sorted an appointment for her the same day. The Villa does need some attention, the decking round the pool is getting badly worn and I would not recommend a stay with young children until this is improved. Also the photos show 4 sunbeds, there were only 2 which was disappointing. Some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing, there was only one large useable saucepan, nothing small enough to boil an egg! And a toaster would be useful. Unfortunately a couple of the freezer drawers were broken, probably a rather heavy handed previous guest, a hazard of renting. Small improvements which would make this an even better property.

Das Objekt, die Anlage ist grundsätzlich sehr schön. Leider sind viele Dinge im Außenbereich dringend renovierungsbedürftig, Treppen, Pool, Grillplatz... Das Geschirr in der Küche war sehr schmutzig, der Pool wurde in 10 Tagen nicht einmal gecheckt oder gereinigt, überall platzt die Farbe ab, eine Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, das wurde sehr schnell repariert. Sonst war die Vor Ort Betreuung unzureichend, lustlos. Die Bäder müssen dringend renoviert werden, kaputte und verrostete Handtuchhalter, sind auch nicht so toll. Die Bilder waren toll, die Realität war eine Andere, sehr schade Es müsste wieder investiert werden

We do not have words to describe how amazing was Villa Paola. It was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had all the cutlery you could need and everything was in good working order. Lovely pool, totally private. Very quiet location in a perfect setting, a very short drive to the town and beaches. Glad that we visited those nice places with great restaurants and tasty specialties. We are really happy that we had a chance to stay there and we will come back for sure.

Villa Paola was amazing! Clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. All the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and other amenities were perfect. The kids loved the pool and we felt very safe with the privacy of it all. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa. It was a very kind gesture of the owner who brought wine and sweets when they came to visit us. Thank you very much!

Lovely place. The villa was simple and really good for the price. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated as was the covered terrace for meals. The pool was well-maintained and we spent most of our time around it. Outside were a dining area and a BBQ as well. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. The views were magnificent. Definitely, Sicily is a marvelous place to be with its historical landmarks and astonishing beautiful beaches. We had the best holiday ever!

It is exactly what we wished for when making research for booking a villa. Cleaned rooms with comfortable beds, fresh towels, and linen. Nice terrace and pool, where we enjoy relaxing there during the whole day and waiting the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views. I also must mention that locals are extremely helpful and friendly, and give us directions and recommendations for places to visit. Thank you for organizing a perfect holiday.

We enjoy our time in Villa Paola and it suits our needs. It is really well-secluded. Very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The views are stunning, the villa is immaculate and the pool is well-maintained. Scicli and Modica are one of the places that we already visited and they are so amazing! The agents are so contactable and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay there. Thank you for looking after us.
