"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease. "Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice! We had a great two weeks, and wished it could have been longer The local area is great, The hosts were charm themselves and so helpful. Top quality holiday location . "

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. "Although a bit challenging to locate by car, this apartment is in a perfect location. Old town is accessible by foot down a short set of stairs. If you enjoy hiking, you can access the beginning of the La Rocca trail almost immediately behind the apartment. The hike is well worth it! There are great views at the summit. "We stayed for 9 nights at the end of July 2024 and had a lovely time. The accommodation is great and large enough for a family of 9 (teens +). The host is brilliant and personally met us despite arriving at midnight. A car is needed to get to any amenities, but within a few minutes drive there are plenty of restaurants and the beaches are fabulous. Recommend a visit and boat trip from Cefalu."
