"When I entered the room it was very dirty. I had to kill several roaches in the first few minutes I was there. There entire hallway leading to the room smelled like weed and dirty carpet. It was too much to accept, so I cancelled my stay. Expedia is attempting to get the Econo Lodge to refund the cost of the room, since I didn't stay more than a few minutes."

"The check in alone should have been a red flag, it was an outdoor service window. The room itself was awful. It was small and cramped and freezing cold. The bed had two very flat pillows (thankfully we always bring our own from home). My fiance went to put his drinks in the refrigerator and couldn't even leave them in there because it was so dirty. "The pool has trees growing, the bathroom door was grime and lipstick . So we really needed a place to stay overnight . It was a bit gross.
