"Units modern and comfortable, better quality bedding would be nice, spare blanket provided for extra warmth needs to be replaced with better quality. Unit was very cold due to heat pump failure and oil filled heater made no impression on coldness. Manager arranged for electrician to inspect heater late next day . After confirming heater was non serviceable we were moved to unit next door perhaps this should have happen the day before when fault was reported ."
