This ADORABLE lake house sits on a one acre lot with plenty of outdoor space and boat parking. From the fully stocked, open concept kitchen and living space to the relaxing fire pit, there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! The property is conveniently located near Baileys Point Campground and Boat Ramp, Port Oliver Recreation Area, Barren River State Park and a short drive to Mammoth Cave National Park! GTC Rentals LLC also has a second 2 Bedroom/ 2 Full Baths Lake House next door for those needing more space for friends or family.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our time here! Everything is new and beautiful. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful land off the covered deck. You can sit out even in the rain. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Great host! Thank you for making our trip so comfortable!

What a CUTE and comfortable home away from home. Loved the remoteness of the area. Great chance to get some much needed rest for a husband who travels a lot, and our pastor friends. Played cards and visited Amish stores. You had everything needed to make the stay so comfortable. The fact it was so new and decorated so cute and it was so clean, was a huge plus!!
