Historical building that was remodeled to modern standards, however maintains the ambiance of its former purpose. Located right in the city center of Scranton with the convenience of walkable stores, barber shops and a shopping mall. I have stayed here many times and have yet to have a negative experience.

Property is unique and nicely decorated. The floor squeaks terribly-I am sure it was disturbing to anyone below me. Parking was easy/convenient. Handicap ramp was only way to get heavy luggage inside other than dragging luggage up front stairs but sign said for handicap use only. Parking had a fee that was never mentioned, even upon check in. Overall, very nice place with convenient location for where we were going.

It was a little frustrating that I arrived at 2:45 and could not check in until I exactly 3:00 or after. He room was nice, bathroom was well-maintained, and staff in restaurant on-site was pleasant.

Bird poop all over the front area & steps. Carpet needs a cleaning in both the reception area & hallways. Huge bathroom, but an extremely small & dangerous tub area your standing in for a shower. Poor reception on the tv, Very hard to watch. Staff were very friendly, HUGE fee for our small dog, plus tax on the onsite property parking. City and county tax applied to EVERY fee. One hundred dollars more than advertised. Definately a stay-away place.

This is a gorgeous building. Dinner in the hotel was great; the mattress was comfortable; the shower was powerful, the A/C stayed on all night (which I wanted), the windows are big and high, and the darkening shades are so good that I didn't even know about the bright lights shining on the sports field outside my room.

They never told us about the 5.65 charge on my card for parking in their parking lot. I find that very unsatisfied. Never have ive been charged a fee for parkung in a Hotel parking lot. Last time i will be staying there.

Nice historic hotel that was the Lackawanna transtation before being renovated. Nice architecture and staff is accomodating to making changes and helpful with any questions. Can't say much for dining as we ate at restaraunts downtown but the bar serves drinks for a fair price. We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Radisson

Brought my daughter for her 21s Birthday to do The Office Walking tour and stayed a night at the Radisson. We had adjoining rooms on the 6th floor with a clear view of the Electric City sign. Everything was conveniently close that we were looking for on the map. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the bed was too hard for me. If you are looking for a softer bed, you might have a hard time with this. We both had King beds and my daughter's pillows were too flat for her. Neither of us slept well because of these personal inconveniences. The building is an old train station and the architecture is beautiful. Loved the grand entrance and all the marble and old features original to the original identity of the building. We did visit Trax and sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks. The bartenders were attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
