"Brilliant stay again at the Windmill. Dinner was superb. Room was quiet and well cared for. Like many places it could do with a spruce up but the quality of service and wonderful environment make up for any minor blemishes.
Food was amazing. We were staying for St Val’s night and thought it might affect our stay but it was a delicious dinner. Whenever I see a lot of options on a menu I’m concerned the quality might be mediocre. Not here. The quality of the cooking always seems to have been...
"From check on to check out the staff couldn't do enough for us, made us feel very welcome. We would be more than happy to stay with ypu guys again. Ist class"
"We had a fantastic huge room and bed with a large ensuite bathroom equipped with bath and double shower. The building is old so sloping floors etc expected, its like an aladdins cave, but we were happy with food, breakfast was a great portion and lots of choice. We had dinner too and a good price for what we had. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, stumbled across the place whilst searching for a local area to stay. Rooms were beautiful, shower was amazing, food delicious, good selection of drinks. Breakfast was cooked to our liking. The only downside was not enough plug sockets in the room to charge phones/tablets etc but this was a minor thing. We loved the place and are looking to go again. "
"Great place to stay. Lovely welcome to a property that we found perfect. We really appreciated the help with the puncture too.
Easy access for the Thursford Christmas Spectacular from here. "
"Cleanliness was spot on, even to my high standards. Appreciated the little details dotted around the place too. Purpose of the visit was to see some family members so when we return (hopefully in the not too distant future), I will certainly strongly consider returning. "
"Very efficient check in where I was met with a smile. Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate and the price was very resonable. Food was good as was the service. "
"We had a lovely two night stay. We ate in the first night and the food is good pub grub. The breakfasts were very generous and tasty. Barry the landlord is a diamond. We would definitely recommend a visit. "
"Bartles Lodge is a gem of a hotel. It’s situated in a very peaceful and serene village, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of day to day life.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cosy, offering all the amenities you’d expect and more. While subjective, I found the bed to be one of the most comfortable I’ve had in recent memory.
When it comes to breakfast, the spread on offer is fantastic: cereals, toast, pastries, chocolates, fruits and a selection of cooked...
"Amazing personal service, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic, the rooms are clean, tidy, have everything you need. Highly recommend The Bull to anyone. "

"This was our second stay at The Wenns Chop & Ale House. We are locals and know the town very well!
By far the best value, well-located, personable & the venue with the nicest staff in town!
The apartments are really well-equipped with their own heating systems, kitchens, sitting areas & views of The Minster.
The food is amazing & great value too. Forget the rest. Book here & book a table for dinner as well. "

"A very comfortable room, chic decor, beautiful bathroom with two heated towel rails. Very good quality bedding & towels, plenty of electric plugs in places you need them. Excellent coffee machine, kettle, fridge & plenty of coffee & tea bags. Superb breakfast."
"What a happy accident. We made a very last minute decision to have a stay on the North Norfolk Coast and picked The Maltings almost by sticking a pin in the list.
It turned out we had chosen one of the finest hotels we could have found and the location was perfect. The hotel staff were extremely friendly without being overly intrusive and the hotel itself is really cosy and welcoming. There are lots of areas to sit and rest with a drink. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and that opens the opportunity to head into Sheringham along the coastal path. We ate at the local pub, but the hotel restaurant looks really inviting and the food top quality. We did have breakfast there and sure enough it was delicious.
Altogether a memorable break in a hotel fitting for the discerning guest. "
"Lovely hotel, perfect for a weekend getaway! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and lovely restaurant to dine in, we'll definitely be back for another visit.
Only criticism would be a few rogue hairs in the shower tray on arrival, however the cleanliness other than this was fantastic. "
"Good location for sea and walking into Hunstanton. Clean, warm and well maintained. Ample parking with electric charge points. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Would recoo"
