"We had a great time at the Wood Loft. We started off our vacation with cellphone issues and had no access to wifi. Through WhatsApp we were able to contact Luis who was a lifesaver. The accommodation was better than we expected; immaculately clean, great location, balcony. We had a car and were able to park in garage across the street. We would rent through Luis again."

"SE apartment, 3rd floor. Tiny, clean, quiet, centrally-located studio apartment with large windows and great views of the city. Nice bathroom but, despite complaints, a broken toilet seat was not replaced."

"We had a wonderful stay in Porto. The apartment was bright and clean. I would say that the only let down is that one of the bedrooms has no windows hence quite dark and cold in it. Overall perfect location, great apartment with nice balcony and modern look."

"I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring."
