This house was perfect for our 10-person 3-generation family reunion. It has a big, open-plan, light-filled space upstairs, with big windows and skylights. This is the center of the house, including a large kitchen, dining area, large family room, main bedroom, and a nice big deck with BBQ, 1.5 bathrooms. Downstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, all of which look nicer in person.
The ocean was visible at a distance from the dining room only, but I loved that the bluff was just a few minutes away by foot. Ask Constantine the best way to get there. A beautiful little tree-lined path took us to the cliffs over the ocean in just a few minutes, and there were miles and miles of walking trails right on the bluff over-looking the ocean. The weather was perfect, and the breezes were gentle.
While the kitchen was large, and there were plenty of pots, pans, knives, BBQ tools, etc., there was no food wrap (foil, parchment, plastic bags/wrap). The plastic-covered dining table was a little odd, but easily covered with a tablecloth.
Included was a pass to a nearby rec center which was great for one member of our party who is a competitive swimmer. Pool slots were by reservation and they were full, but she was able to get in when other people didn’t show up for their reservation,
Constantine was a pleasure to communicate with. He was prompt, helpful, and very nice.
Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price in a fantastic location.
